This Privacy Policy describes how ashdesigns.ca (the “Site” or “we”) collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site.

  • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify and with marketing platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.

  • Examples of Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, PayPal names), email address, and phone number.
  • Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
  • Source of collection: collected from you.
  • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify and sales channels on Instagram and Facebook.

Customer support information

  • Examples of Personal Information collected: Name, email address, location, browsing patterns on this website
  • Purpose of collection: to provide customer support and understand customer shopping/interest patterns
  • Source of collection: collected from you.
  • Disclosure for a business purpose: Shopify allows for connection to apps for website development and marketing. It also links to social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.

 

Sharing Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

      I do not want to do anything that is outside of your comforts. If collecting personal information (that is kept confidential in my own personal records) is something you are not comfortable with, please feel free to email me at ashdesignsshop@gmail.com and I can discuss how/where this data that I collect is used OR we can deleting/minimizing the personal information I keep in my records. Shopify has its own policies that you may refer to on their website.
