Refunds, Repairs, and Exchanges
Damages and Repairs
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement, discount, refund, or in-store credit as we see fit. If your item requires a repair, please email me at ashdesignsshop@gmail.com with an image of the item, your order number (or where you bought from) and what repair needs to be done. I will send you recommendations and a quote on repair costs if you would like a replacement pair or piece.
Refunds
I do not provide returns or refunds on items, outside of very rare circumstances. Please send me an email if you are concerned about your item and need some assistance. Please do not demand a refund, remember that this is a small business and I do everything with my own two hands. I do quality checks to ensure durability. In the chance that a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note that shipping costs are not included in refunds and you may have to cover the shipping costs to return any products.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Please note that custom orders will require a deposit or payment in advance based on the discussion we have together about the appropriate cost.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not do exchanges on items. Please note that products are one-of-a-kind and will have some variations in colours and patterns from the product photo posted. If you want a specific style, please email me at ashdesignsshop@gmail.com to discuss a custom order.
